Creative Dreaming Class - Kim Kelly

Joyce Rockwood Hudson, author of Natural Spirituality, said that "God keeps up a constant dialogue with us through naturally occurring events in our daily lives, mainly dreams and synchronicity - or meaningful coincidence, but also through other ways of inner knowing. This is not something new. You find it throughout the Bible. But in the last few centuries we've lost sight of it." The purpose of this class is to help bring that inner knowing back into focus. The class is structured so that even if you do not remember your own dreams, you can be an active and productive participant by sharing your personal experiences and associations in a quietly playful and respectful community. You may come every week or only drop in when you feel the need. Let the Spirit guide you. Remember, it's a constant dialogue. Sundays 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel at St. Peter's.

Discipleship Bible Study - Marianne Welch

Disciple Bible Study is a 9 month intensive study of the Bible. Year One is a survey of the entire Bible and Year Two is an in-depth look at the books of Genesis, Exodus, Luke and Acts.  Participants purchase a study manual, do daily readings, and meet weekly to discuss the text and its meanings.  The studies are an excellent way to become more familiar with the Bible, both in a personal and historical sense.  Sign ups occur in the late summer and classes generally run from September through May.
